Description:

Along the Haagweg in Leiden, about twenty city houses are being developed in a private commission.
The houses are located at the rear of a closed courtyard that also provides access to the houses. At the front, the houses are situated on a waterfront with a beautiful view of the windmill 'de Heesterboom' on the Rhine.
For this reason it was decided to situate the living spaces on the upper floors, in order to be able to optimally enjoy the view.
A stepping stone staircase takes you directly to the first floor and a light staircase leads you to the top floor with living kitchen and above that the roof terrace.
