MW architectuur created a design for improving the existing entrance of this residential building located on the corner of Boulevard and Keizstraat in Schevingen, The Hague.

The current entrance is very dark, catches a lot of wind and looks dated. By carefully analysing the strong points of the building, a design was drawn up that is more open and gives more opportunity to use the entrance as a luxurious lobby.

By placing the façade outwards, space was created for a letterbox on the outside and more room for occupation inside. The entrance is further oriented towards the surrounding space by lowering the parapet and bringing back the name of the building.
