Since last year, MW architecture has been actively involved in the redevelopment plans for café-restaurant 't Veen in Roelofarendsveen.

The existing building is currently mainly used for catering purposes, including a café-restaurant, a spacious terrace and halls on the upper floor.

The planned changes include the transformation to a small-scale beer pub with a terrace along the property, the realisation of some flats on the upper floor, and possibly the construction of one or two new houses in the rear garden.

In preparation for the further development of these plans, the property is currently being surveyed and accurately documented on drawings.
