MW architectuur has won the architectural selection for a new neighbourhood of seven sustainable 55+ homes to be built in Roelofarendsveen. This for a collective of a number of enthusiastic clients who want to build their own home.

Together with Bianca van der Weg of Swieten Partners Architecten, an initial study was carried out into the possibilities for setting up this new neighbourhood.
This research will form the basis for a follow-up in which this neighbourhood will be forged into a pleasant living environment with space for everyone's own individual wishes.
