For this building on the Hoge Rijndijk, MW architectuur is currently working hard to create a new design and apply for the permits.
The building from the 1960s is in desperate need of refurbishment. In addition, the layout has been made more rational, so that downstairs there is a large living room with an adjoining library, and upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, all with a view of the roof and the sturdy truss construction.
The property is also a very composite house, the basis is still the farmhouse that stood here until the 60s of the last century.
The starting point for the new facades is therefore with contemporary means to refer to the original farmhouse character.
